Chatham Bars Inn Resort & Spa, a 4-Star, 4-Diamond luxury resort is located in the town of Chatham, on Cape Cod, in Massachusetts. There are 4 full-service restaurants, 217 guestrooms; 15,000 sq. ft. of dedicated meeting space plus another 7,000 sq. ft. in additional space for meetings & events. Our 8-acre farm is the source for our fresh vegetables, herbs, and fruits. Chatham Bars Inn boasts an award-winning Spa, two pools, and a bevy of outdoor activities that includes biking, kayaking, tennis, yoga, power walks, and a quarter mile of private beach. Turn Down Attendant - Part-time, Year-round, Evenings DETAILS
Description 
The Turndown Attendant is responsible for but is not limited to creating an inviting and comfortable evening guest accommodation in accordance to standards and procedures of guestrooms and public areas as set forth by Forbes, AAA, Leading Hotels of The World and Chatham Bars Inn.
General Responsibilities Include:
• Ensure occupied and vacant guestrooms receive service that meets the standard as demonstrated by Housekeeping supervisory staff during initial training
• Maintain cleanliness of guestrooms properly using the provided chemicals and equipment
• Arranging all toiletries, clothing and guest items to standard
• Replenish all amenities and terry items if necessary
• Efficiently turn down bed to meet appearance standard as demonstrated
• Remove all room service trays and items from public areas and request for removal
• Double check cleanliness of completed work area and placement of amenities in each complete guestroom before moving on to the next task
• Ensure all guestrooms assigned are completed, continuously providing updated status. Return device at end of shift with correct status noted including any information for input into guest profile
• Organize supply closets and work areas so that the Housekeeping Department operates, maintains and consistently meets efficient standards
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager

Description 
We are looking to hire a full time year-round House Attendant.
The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of all guest and public areas of the hotel as well as delivering guest requested items in accordance to standards and procedures of the housekeeping department as set forth by Forbes, AAA, Leading Hotels of The World and Chatham Bars Inn.
General Responsibilities Include:
• Delivering guest requested items
• Maintaining cleanliness of the housekeeping break room and storage areas
• Assisting room attendant where necessary
• Removing trash, linen and terry from closets and multi-purpose units
• Delivering supplies, linen and terry to closets and multi-purpose units
• Ensuring all closets and multi-purpose units are kept clean and organized
• Vacuuming and moping hallways, staircases, closets
• Dust and/or polish all surfaces in guestrooms and/or all public areas
• Reporting any maintenance deficiencies, guest requests or complaints to Supervisor
• Carpet maintenance of guestrooms and public areas

Public Area Attendant DETAILS
Description 
We are looking to hire a full time year-round Public Area Attendant.
The Public Area Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the public areas, reporting deficiencies to ensure all rooms are maintained in accordance to standards and procedures of public areas as set forth by Forbes, AAA, Leading Hotels of The World and Chatham Bars Inn.
• Ensure all public areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained up to the standard as demonstrated by Housekeeping supervisory staff during initial training.
• Continuously uses chemicals to clean and sanitize the public restrooms including sinks, mirrors, walls, toilets and floors. Stocks the restrooms with sufficient paper products and amenities.
• Sweeps, vacuums, extracts, scrubs, waxes, and polishes public area floors both interior and exterior.
• Cleans and polishes furniture and upholstered items, ensuring they are always in the best condition.
• Dusts furniture, wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Welcomes guests and creates a hospitable experience.
