Grounds Supervisor DETAILS
Description 
We are looking to hire a full time year-round Grounds Supervisor.
The Grounds Supervisor, working under the Grounds Manager will work with the grounds team to assure quality craftsmanship in all facets of grounds care such as: lawn maintenance, ornamental pruning, annual installation, planting shrubs/trees, working with fine gardener, some tree work, cleaning the beach with tractor, mulching, weeding and snow removal. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Working with grounds crew to execute scheduled assignments

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the public areas, reporting deficiencies to ensure all rooms are maintained in accordance to standards and procedures of public areas as set forth by Forbes, AAA, Leading Hotels of The World and Chatham Bars Inn.

Rooms Manager DETAILS
Description 
The Rooms Manager is responsible for but not limited to assisting with the management of housekeeping/front desk operations with focus on the supervisors, creating structure and training staff while anticipating and exceeding guest’s needs on property. This individual will oversee initial onboarding for all year-round rooms staff prior to working in their respective departments, this includes job specific training and audits. When not onboarding full time year-round staff or completing audits this manager will work between Front Desk and Housekeeping as needed covering shifts. Other responsibilities include:
• Train and monitor the rooms staff in their responsibilities according to the training program provided by the Chatham Bars Inn.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and review all information pertinent to the days and/or evening’s activities.
• Assist the Department Heads in matters of recruiting, hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in resolving all guest and visitor requests in a friendly and efficient manner according to the standards of this Hotel and the standards set by Chatham Bars Inn Service Standards.
• Conduct regular audits of rooms operating departments.

Description 
The Farm Chef is responsible for planning and directing the food preparation in the Farm. • Manages the Farm’s Culinary operation including staff, preparation, and food production
