Chatham Bars Inn Resort & Spa, a 4-Star, 4-Diamond luxury resort is located in the town of Chatham, on Cape Cod, in Massachusetts. There are 4 full-service restaurants, 217 guestrooms; 15,000 sq. ft. of dedicated meeting space plus another 7,000 sq. ft. in additional space for meetings & events. Our 8-acre farm is the source for our fresh vegetables, herbs, and fruits. Chatham Bars Inn boasts an award-winning Spa, two pools, and a bevy of outdoor activities that includes biking, kayaking, tennis, yoga, power walks, and a quarter mile of private beach. Food & Beverage Cleaner DETAILS
Description 
The Food & Beverage Cleaner is responsible for but not limited to the overall cleanliness of the Restaurants and Event Spaces and reporting deficiencies to ensure all spaces are maintained in accordance to standards and procedures of restaurants and event spaces as set forth by Forbes, AAA, Preferred Hotels and Chatham Bars Inn.
General Responsibilities Include:
• Ensure all restaurants and event spaces of the hotel are cleaned and maintained up to the standard as demonstrated by Food and Beverage supervisory staff during initial training
• Continuously uses chemicals to clean and sanitize the restaurants and event spaces including, mirrors, walls and floors.
• Sweeps, vacuums, extracts, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors, interior and exterior
• Cleans and polishes furniture and upholstered items, ensuring they are always in the best condition.
• Dusts furniture, wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Welcomes guests and creates a hospitable experience
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager

Description 
• Greeting guests and assigning tables
• Oversees the food & beverage staff
• Handles guest complaints
• Contribute to the achievement of F&B revenue goals
• Strive to increase F&B guest count and total revenue, while maintaining quality of service
• Review staffing needs daily and weekly for efficient management of labor cost
• Ensure accountability for successful execution of all operating systems (requisitions, weekly and daily inventory) that impact the efficiency of the operation
• Ensure proper execution of all accounting functions (proper guest check procedures, comp and void procedures, and proper event check posting)
• Weekly scheduling of all F&B outlets
Requirements

Description 
• Greet guests and patrons personally and on the telephone offer appropriate seating arrangements
• Present menus
• Ensure that the menus are clean, orderly, and appropriate for the meal service
• Ensure the quantity of menus is sufficient to cater to the number of guests
• Assist in setting up dining rooms and make reservation arrangements as necessary
• Maintain clean and organized tables and work area
• Assist Restaurant Managers with other tasks as needed

Description 
We are looking to hire a full time year round Server.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting and welcoming guests at assigned tables, assisting guests with their orders; announcing current menu and daily specials and are able to fully and easily explain menu items and ingredients; promptly serving food while ensuring quality and accuracy of orders; attending to guests throughout their dining experience; maintaining cleanliness of restaurant; delivering bill requests; ensuring proper methods of payment from guests, and performing other tasks as assigned. Performing all duties and adhering to the Chatham Bars Inn Standards.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years experience necessary, fine dining service preferred
• Availability to work through the fall preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills,
